Kashish Jain.
I turn messy operational data into decisions people can actually act on. Off the clock I shoot the city on a phone and eat my way through it.
The short version
For three years at ZS Associates I worked on the unglamorous machinery behind a European pharma company's sales force — segmentation, territory design, call planning, the alignment files that 1,500-odd reps depend on and nobody thinks about until they break. Before that, audit automation at EY and a tax software rebuild at PwC.
The thread through all of it: find where the process is quietly leaking time, then remove the leak rather than staffing around it.
Outside that I've been shooting mobile photography since college, running a vegetarian food account in Mumbai, and briefly publishing a city magazine called The Mumbai Diaries. The full record is here.
